Through interviews with people who have built pokie machines, the Ka Ching video exposes what makes these machines so addictive.
The documentary presents stories of those who have been hooked on the pokies and discusses ways that pokie machines could be altered to be made less harmful to the community.
Produced by the Alliance for Gambling Reform, this documentary is being presented by a joint working group including the City of Greater Geelong, Salvation Army and the Mental Health Fellowship.
Bethany Gamblers Help Service will be available to present information on how friends and family members who have been afflicted with problem gambling can be best supported.
