What is your position on poker machine policy?

Apsara Sabaratnam I will fight for the people of Melbourne against poker machines by supporting:

1) the removal of design 'features' that deliberately mislead and deceive people

2) Melbourne City Council having more of a say about new poker machines

In addition I fully support the Greens initiative to double rates for gambling venues in the City of Melbourne for the next 5 years.
Wayne Tseng I myself will advocate council having the power to revoke approval of gaming venue locations if they will bringing unacceptable influences in the surrounding communities.
Kath Larkin I think those that make their profits from pokies are anti-human vampires, preying on and exploiting people and causing the greatest damage to the most  vulnerable in our community. I have read and agree with all of The Alliance for Gambling Reform's policies. I support all policies aimed at reducing gambling harm- and ultimately want to see a world in which there is no gambling at all.
Mary-Lou Howie The Morgan-Watts lead council candidate, Dr Jackie Watts OAM, while on council, has proved to be a strong advocate of gambling reform and the need to eliminate the harm caused by poker machines.  If the Morgan-Watts leadership team wins this election I will support and continue Dr Jackie Watts work.
Roxane Ingleton All. Our Greens Councillors have a strong track record on fighting pokies harm and our policy platform includes specific initiatives to deal with gambling.
Mary-Lou Howie I  strongly support all the above and understand the harm gambling has on the mental health of many and the wellbeing of our community.   I do not support applications for  new EGMs.
Daniel  Dadich I support all your policies. As a social worker I've seen the harm that gambling causes and agree there needs to much greater restrictions put in place.
