AREA'S LOSSES

This council area is ranked 3rd in the state for poker machine losses through club pokies, and 13th for losses in pubs. It is the most impacted regional council area in NSW. There are more poker machines in this council area than in Fairfield, or all of Tasmania. There are 4 clubs ranked in the top 100 for club poker machine net profits, with Mingara at 51st in the state.

Name Ward Reducing the hours of poker machine venues?  Local governments having greater say on the granting or refusing applications for poker machines in their respective communities?  Banning of all sports gambling ads?  Reducing the opening hours of poker machine venues  Not taking any donations from venues or organisations that derive income from gambling interests?  Reducing gambling harm in your LGA?
